Welcome to the Revenue Mentor Program. By signing up, accessing, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rights, responsibilities, and conditions of participation in our program.

1. All Sales Are Final

1.1. Once payment is processed, all sales are considered final.
1.2. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.
1.3. By purchasing any of our services or programs, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

2. Recording and Public Use of Content

2.1. All Revenue Mentor sessions, including but not limited to Zoom meetings, in-person events, and group activities, will be recorded.
2.2. By participating in any Revenue Mentor program, you grant us the irrevocable right to record, reproduce, edit, distribute, and share your participation, including your image, voice, and any other personally identifiable content, across any of our platforms, including but not limited to social media, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
2.3. If you are uncomfortable with being recorded or having your participation shared publicly, please do not sign up for this program. Your participation constitutes full consent to this condition.

3. Participant Code of Conduct

3.1. We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally during sessions and interactions.
3.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of participation without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All materials, content, and resources provided during the program are the intellectual property of Revenue Mentor and are for personal use only.
4.2. Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reproduction of program materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. Any disputes arising from your participation in the Revenue Mentor program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
5.2. By participating in this program, you waive the right to pursue any legal claims related to refunds, recordings, or any other terms outlined herein.

6. Acceptance of Terms

6.1. By signing up, making payment, or participating in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, do not proceed with enrollment or participation.
